Colour frontispiece and 41 double-sided plates of which 39 are in colour. Small pencilled ownership initials and crest design to the half title and front pastedown, small newspaper clipping tipped-in on the front free endpaper. Spine faded, spotting and dampstain to cloth, minor dampstain affecting the margins of the second half of the text. A good copy in the rubbed, dulled, and chipped jacket with some dampstain.
